Marketplace Rules and Guidelines

Welcome to Cruise Art Marketplace! We’re excited to have you join our exclusive community of art collectors and sellers. To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone, please review the following rules and guidelines for vendor registration and participation on our platform. Vendor registration will need approval before you can start listing your artwork. Customers can start shopping immediately! By registering as a vendor, you agree to follow these rules and guidelines. We’re thrilled to have you as part of the Cruise Art Marketplace and look forward to seeing the beautiful pieces you’ll share with our community!

Vendors

Becoming a Vendor is free.

Once registered, you’ll have access to your personal vendor dashboard, where you can easily manage your store.

You’ll be able to upload listings, track orders, and communicate with buyers directly through the platform.

All items must be accurately described, and images should clearly represent the artwork for sale. Be honest about the condition of the artwork and provide as much detail as possible to help buyers make informed decisions.

You are responsible for shipping your artwork to buyers in a timely manner.

All communication with buyers must take place through the platform’s messaging system to ensure a secure and transparent process.

A standard commission of 5% will be deducted from the sale price of each item sold on the platform. However, vendors with high sales volume may qualify for a reduced commission rate.  This commission helps us maintain the site, provide support, and continue to improve your selling experience.

Funds will be released when the product is received by the customer.

Customers

All products on this platform are listed by verified Vendors.

Payments made through this platform are placed in escrow until the artwork is received.

All communication with vendors must take place through the platform’s messaging system to ensure a secure and transparent process.

Advertised Pricing includes shipping unless otherwise is listed in the product description. A 3% Art Cruise Market Fee (Buyers Premium) is added to this total.

We encourage customers to rate the vendors they work with to help build trust and ensure a positive experience for the entire community.

To get started, please register by choosing your User Type:

  • Customer: If you’re here to browse, bid, and purchase artwork, select ‘Customer’ and start shopping right away.
  • Vendor: If you’d like to sell your artwork on our platform, select ‘Vendor’. All vendor registrations require approval, but don’t worry—you’ll still be able to shop as soon as you sign up.
